  • Body Positive: Yoga plus Strength Training: Dancey vinyasa and aerobics set to music; excellently aligned bodyweight exercises to develop strength in arms, legs, and core; sweet stretching and hip-openers to finish. For students with yoga experience and no acute injuries. Saturdays, 10:30-11:45a in Silver Spring. Drop-ins welcome.


  • Sweet & Steady Flow: A grounded, dynamic practice focused on moving with breath and calming the eff down. For students who already have a good sense of alignment and like to practice with music. Mondays 8-9p in Takoma Park. Drop-ins welcome.


  • Yoga I/II: Balanced practice focused on building strength, understanding, and body-honoring alignment and spirit in poses. Mondays, 6:15-7:45 in Takoma; Sundays, 10:45-12:15p in Silver Spring. Drop-ins welcome.


  • Yoga II: My version of Yoga Church. Grounding, inspiring, full-spectrum practice; includes pranayama and meditation and inspiration for your week. Sundays, 8:30-10:30a in Silver Spring. For students with yoga experience; drop-ins welcome.
